Job summary

Gallagher Bassett in Alice Springs is seeking a Return to Work Specialist to support the NT Claims teams with strategic return to work, recovery and independence guidance.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to case management strategies for complex claims, and help educate staff on injury and RTW best practices while enhancing injury management planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in injury rehabilitation, social work, vocational counselling or allied health.
• Strong communication skills across levels of an organisation.
• Ability to work with compassion and professionalism.
• Current Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support recovery and return to work with RTW strategies for claims.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support recovery at work outcomes.
• Educate staff on injury and RTW best practices and contribute to planning.
