Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. in North Sydney, NSW, is seeking a permanent Return to Work Coordinator to support a diverse workforce across NSW. You will manage workers' compensation claims, support recovery, and help deliver positive return-to-work outcomes.

Join a collaborative team in a role with a lighter caseload as the junior coordinator, with strong processes in place and ongoing development opportunities. The position is hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day work-from-home.

• Return to Work, Injury Management or Workers' Compensation experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with data, reporting and performance metrics.

• Manage a portfolio of Workers' Compensation claims across regions.
• Support injured workers through their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Coordinate return-to-work plans in a high-risk industry.
• Build relationships with insurers, claims partners and stakeholders.
• Assist with compliance, documentation and reporting.

About The Role

You’ll join an established Workers Compensation & Wellbeing function with strong processes already in place, giving you the opportunity to focus on building relationships, managing claims and supporting positive return-to-work outcomes.

About The Role
This is a permanent Return to Work Coordinator opportunity based in North Sydney, supporting a diverse blue and white-collar workforce across NSW. You’ll join an established Workers Compensation & Wellbeing function with strong processes already in place, giving you the opportunity to focus on building relationships, managing claims and supporting positive return-to-work outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims across regions
• Supporting injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey
• Coordinating effective return-to-work plans within a complex, high-risk industry environment
• Building strong relationships with internal insurers, claims partners and key stakeholders
• Supporting compliance, documentation and reporting requirements
• Assisting with pre-employment medical assessments where required

The role manages a consistent portfolio of active claims month-on-month. As the more junior coordinator position within the team, it offers a comparatively lighter caseload alongside the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and continue building your Workers Compensation and Injury Management expertise.

About You
You are an experienced Return to Work, Injury Management or Workers Compensation professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage competing priorities. Exposure to complex or high-risk industry claims would be highly beneficial.
You bring a collaborative, team-first approach and are:

• Resilient, practical and outcomes-focused
• Confident working with data, reporting and performance metrics
• Comfortable balancing regulatory requirements with genuine employee care and strong stakeholder relationships

Additional Requirements / Benefits

• Salary package of $100,000-$115,000 + super
