PT Changhong Electric Indonesia – Mount Waverley VIC is seeking a motivated Return Coordinator to join our Service Team. You will coordinate product returns, manage requests and ensure cases are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will liaise with retailers, customers, warehouses and service agents to resolve return-related issues and maintain precise records. The role offers full training, a supportive team, and onsite parking in Mount Waverley.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in returns coordination, customer service, administration or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up cases.
• Works independently and in a team.
• Experience with SAP, inventory management or appliance/AV service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process product returns, including faulty and damaged items.
• Manage return requests and follow up on outstanding cases.
• Process store credits, product exchanges and return-related documentation.
• Liaise with retailers, customers, warehouses and service agents regarding returns.
• Monitor progress of returned stock and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records of returns, claims and stock movements.
• Investigate discrepancies and assist in resolving return-related issues.
• Assist the Service Team with general administration and other tasks as required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Return Coordinator to join our Service Team.

As a Return Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating product returns, managing return requests and ensuring cases are processed accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with retailers, customers, warehouses and service agents to resolve return-related matters and support the smooth operation of our Service Department.
