TDJ Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Reverse Logistics (Service) Coordinator to join our team in Braeside, Victoria. You will be the first point of contact for warranty inquiries and work with technicians to manage repairs and returns.

You’ll coordinate warranty processes, handle high-volume calls and emails, and maintain accurate stock and service records to ensure timely resolutions for retailers and end customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty, returns, customer service or warehouse administration, ideally with a distributor or wholesaler.
• Strong phone manner and a focus on customer service with ability to handle high call volumes.
• Good stock and records management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, processing and dispatching of warranty items and warranty related products.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, replacements and returns from enquiry through to completion.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and professional customer service.
• Handle enquiries from retail stores regarding product availability, pricing, warranty claims and repairs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock movements, warranty items, replacements and returns.
• Work closely within a small team to manage high-volume enquiries.
• Identify and resolve issues using product knowledge and company systems to provide practical solutions.
• Work with TDJ technicians to ensure repair jobs are completed within the guaranteed turn‑around timeframe.

TDJ Australia is a long-established, family-owned and operated importer and wholesaler based in Braeside, Victoria. We distribute automotive electronics and accessories to dealers and retailers across Australia and New Zealand, with trusted brands including Aerpro, Gator and Thinkware.

The role

Due to an internal promotion, we're seeking an experienced Reverse Logistics (Service) Coordinator to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Service Manager, this is a key role within the team.

You’ll look after every warranty item that comes back to us, from the first enquiry through repair, replacement or return to a resolved customer. You’ll be the first point of contact for retail stores on warranty, repairs and product questions.

You’ll work in a small, busy team alongside our technicians at our head office in Braeside.

About you

• Experience in warranty, returns, customer service or warehouse administration, ideally with a distributor or wholesaler.
• Good phone manner and a strong customer service focus, with the ability to handle high call volumes at times.
• Strong attention to detail when keeping stock and job records accurate.
• Comfortable with ERP or inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in automotive electronics or car audio is a plus. We’ll teach you the products.
• A team player who follows a job through to the end.
