Torbay Lifestyles and Care in Hervey Bay, QLD, is seeking a Retirement Village & Sales Manager to lead village operations, drive occupancy, and manage budgets, staff and contractors. The role focuses on resident wellbeing, engagement and compliant service delivery, aligned with organisational values.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing or related field, or 3 years equivalent industry experience.
• Sales, CRM or stakeholder engagement experience preferred.
• Evidence of lawful right to work in Australia; National Police Certificate; vaccination encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retirement Village operations in line with Torbay’s vision and plan.
• Oversee staff performance, recruitment and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS and emergency requirements with clear communication.
• Manage resident experience, wellbeing and communication including complaints and events.
• Oversee safety, security, emergency systems and risk management.
• Coordinate maintenance, contractors, assets and preventative programs.
• Manage budgeting, expenditure control and variance reporting.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and support occupancy and promotion.
• Prepare reports, manage waitlists, support sales processes and drive improvements.
