Based in Sydney, you’ll contribute to retirement strategy, governance and regulatory changes, collaborating with Data, Marketing, Distribution and Risk teams to improve adviser and member experiences.

You’ll apply financial services product knowledge, customer engagement skills and AI tools appreciation to identify opportunities and deliver member-centric outcomes in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services product management and retirement landscape.
• Background in customer journey mapping or using customer insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools to derive member insights.
• Strong governance and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retirement initiatives and product governance for BT Panorama.
• Collaborate with Data, Marketing, Distribution, Risk and Legal teams.
• Support adviser and member experience improvements in a regulated environment.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting retirement products.
