Job summary

JLL Australia is seeking an Assistant Transaction Manager to deliver leasing and transaction management across a retail portfolio, bridging strategic property management with transactional execution.

You will work with clients and internal teams to manage the full lifecycle of lease transactions, leverage transaction technology, and develop streamlined processes to meet deadlines. This role emphasizes collaboration and proactive risk management to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transactions, leasing, or related property services.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, or equivalent.
• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and transaction management across a retail property portfolio.
• Prepare Options Papers, Site Searches, and Market Sweeps for data-driven insights.
• Prepare Lease Approval Forms and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Manage market rent reviews and negotiate terms with landlords.
• Coordinate lease options, renewals, and divestments; support due diligence.
• Drive adoption of transaction technology and develop streamlined processes.
