You will coach co-workers, supervise daily performance, resolve issues promptly, and share specialist knowledge of our range, services and tools to boost confidence and sales while maintaining high merchandising standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Supporting, coaching and developing co-workers to maximise sales and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Supervising and coordinating the daily operation of the team and providing feedback on team performance.
• Solving operational challenges and escalating issues when required.
• Sharing knowledge of IKEA products and services to build team competence.
• Encouraging customers to explore complete home furnishing solutions.
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked and merchandised sales area.
