Job summary

Scoops & Candy in Ballina and Lismore is seeking a friendly Lolly Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations, open and close stores, and keep the shop welcoming. You’ll inspire a team and ensure smooth tasks in a fast-paced candy store.

Weekend availability is required, and a reliable, proactive work style is essential. This part-time role has potential for full-time for the right candidate, with wages above General Retail Award Level 3.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Lolly Shop Supervisor who is ready to be part of our fun, fast-paced, and vibrant store in Ballina & Lismore (multi-location position)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for opening and closing the stores

• Ensuring daily tasks are completed smoothly

• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

• Delivering excellent customer service that makes every visit unforgettable

• Working independently and in a team

• This position is to work in both Lismore & Ballina.

• This position is for a supervisory role; you will be responsible for day-to-day operations within the supervisory team.

Hours of Work & Pay

• Minimum 15 hours per week part-time position, with the option for a full-time position for the right candidate.

• Weekend availability required
  Roster can be flexible for the right applicant.

• Shop trading hours
  Monday-Thursday/Saturday 10 am- 7 pm
  Friday 10 am- 8 pm
  Sunday 11 am- 4 pm

• Above General Retail Award Level 3 wage provided
