Job summary

Dubbo Pet & Stockfeeds, a locally owned retailer in Dubbo, is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and grow both retail and wholesale sales. The role offers autonomy, broad commercial responsibility and influence over product ranges, promotions, and strategic growth.

You will drive sales, develop wholesale accounts, manage stock and merchandising, and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service and strong margins.

Qualifications

• Experience in large pet/equine/rural or specialty retail.
• Retail training and understanding of KPIs.
• Ability to grow sales and manage wholesale accounts.
• Strong horse knowledge or nutrition is helpful.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the retail team.
