Codwell Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Retail Manager for its Dubbo, NSW store. You will manage store operations, staff, budgeting, and customer relations, reporting to the owner and coordinating with head office.

The successful candidate will oversee stock control, merchandising, and compliance with policies, while driving sales and maintaining high store standards. Minimum 24 months managerial retail experience and relevant AQF qualification required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have relevant AQF associate degree or higher.
• Experience as a retail manager or equivalent role.
• Strong stock control and inventory reduction capability.

• Oversee store image, standards, policies and procedures.
• Fully accountable for store operations including budgeting and cash handling.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure replenishment of ingredients/products.
• Record and monitor expenses; manage financial targets and budgets.
• Supervise team and ensure compliance with policies and safety.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; lead seasonal marketing efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store; conduct staff meetings.
• Drive sales through merchandise placement and promotions.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance with company standards.
