Unison Label’s Burnside Concept Store is seeking a Store Manager who connects with our vision and leads a small team to deliver a premium customer experience. You will drive sales, coach up to five staff, oversee stock and visual merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to grow the business.

This role offers a clear path to leadership, generous staff perks, and a culture that values style, service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Supervise teams of up to 5 staff in a store setting.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs within budgets.
• Detail-oriented with passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Experience with stock volumes and stock management.

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
