Unison is seeking a Dual SiteConcession Manager to drive a customer-focused culture within our Myer & David Jones Warringah concession pads. You will engage and mentor a team, collaborate with State Leadership to build an effective store, and motivate performance to achieve sales and KPI targets.

The role offers a Tuesday-Saturday roster, a full-time permanent position, ongoing training, and a clear pathway to leadership.

Formación

• Experience leading teams of up to 10 in a fast-paced store.
• Strong leadership to motivate and mentor a team to success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs within budgets.
• Attention to detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Experience with large stock volumes and stock control.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction

• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Permanent Full-time position with a Tuesday-Saturday roster

• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
