Job summary

Unison is seeking a Concession Manager for our Myer Chermside concession pads in Brisbane, to lead a small team and deliver a high-standard customer experience. You will drive sales, coach staff, and partner with state leadership to optimise store performance.

This full-time role covers roster planning, stock control, visual merchandising, and achieving budgets. It offers bonus potential, a clothing allowance, meaningful career progression, and a collaborative, fashion-forward culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams of 5–10 in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader who can mentor and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to exceed sales, wage and shrinkage KPIs within budgets.
• Attention to detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

• Drive a customer-focused culture with a memorable, seamless experience.
• Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.

• Permanent Full-time position with a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
