Unison is seeking a Store Manager for our Claremont Concept Store to lead a small team and deliver an elevated customer experience.

You will drive sales, mentor the team of up to 5 staff, manage rosters, stock, and visual merchandising, and partner with Leadership on the concession pad to ensure a profitable operation.

This role offers a clothing allowance, bonuses, and a clear path to leadership within Brandbank Group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• Strong leadership to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs within budgets.
• Eye for detail and passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Experience with large stock volumes and stock management.

• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
