Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Hobart, TAS is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang and drive store performance. You will oversee a team of up to 15, coach staff, and ensure brand standards in the store.

This role offers a 38-hour week, generous remuneration including clothing and phone allowances, a monthly bonus scheme, and unlimited clothing discounts for you and your direct family. It’s an opportunity to grow with Ghanda and advance your retail career.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience guiding a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer-focused approach and retail best practices.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is welcome.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
