Spendless Shoes is seeking a Store Manager in Australia to lead and develop a high-performing team. You will drive sales, manage stock, and deliver the best customer experiences while maintaining merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail/Hospitality or Sales is required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and manage stock.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

The Store Managers’ primary role is leading and training of team members, striving for increased sales and wage control through the rotation of stock and delivering the high level of customer service experience. This will ensure that Spendless Shoes will continue to be the friendliest shoe people in the world!
