Job summary

Spendless Shoes is seeking a friendly Store Sales Team member to create a welcoming shopping environment and consistently exceed customer service expectations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and help deliver a memorable Spendless experience. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer service role.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
• Cash handling/EFTPOS experience required.
• Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising knowledge.
• Ideally understanding of sales budgets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service skills.
