Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Lorne, VIC to lead the #GhandaGang on the shop floor. You’ll coach up to 10 staff, uphold Ghanda’s values, and maintain premium store presentation in line with brand guidelines.

The role focuses on driving sales, stock control, and rostering while delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
