Job summary

Liquorland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver an exceptional customer experience across a busy liquor store. You will work with the Store Manager to optimise stock, create a welcoming environment, and drive sales with strong leadership and hands-on involvement.

RSA certification is required (or willingness to obtain). The role offers development opportunities, team discounts, and a supportive Coles Group culture in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• You have experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer facing environments and want to learn about our products and grow with us.
• You're social, enjoy chatting with people, and are all about delivering an awesome customer experience.
• You're great at admin tasks like payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and ensuring everything remains well-organised and visually appealing in the store.
• Hitting store goals and boosting sales gets you excited.
• You have an RSA certification, or are willing to obtain one if you don't.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to keep the store looking fantastic and build an awesome team.
• Manage inventory, create a welcoming vibe, and deliver friendly service.
• Ensure payroll and rostering are organised and visually appealing in the store.
