Job summary

Liquorland, part of Coles Group, is seeking a Store Manager in Western Australia to lead a fast-paced retail team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, manage stock and display standards, and foster a friendly store atmosphere for every customer.

You’ll bring experience from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles, with strong organisational and admin skills in payroll and rostering, and RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer experience.
• Ability to manage payroll, rostering, liquor inventory and maintain a well-organised, visually appealing store.
• Keen to hit store goals and drive sales.
• RSA certification required or willingness to obtain one.
