Job summary

Liquorland, part of The Coles Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer service across the store. You will work with the Store Manager to keep the store looking great, manage inventory, and build a welcoming environment for customers nationwide.

You will be responsible for payroll and rostering administration, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to achieving store targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer facing environments.
• RSA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong admin skills: payroll, rostering and liquor inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead the store daily operations.
• Manage inventory, ensure the store looks inviting and well-presented.
• Deliver friendly customer service and create memorable moments for customers nationwide.
