Coles Group Pty Ltd in Caboolture is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Liquorland. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to keep the store welcoming, manage stock, and lead the team to deliver friendly service across local and national liquor brands.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling payroll, rostering, liquor inventory, and achieving store goals while upholding a welcoming culture for all customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Strong customer service mindset and sociable nature.
• Able to handle payroll and rostering tasks and keep store organised.
• Experience in liquor inventory management is a plus.
• RSA certification required or willingness to obtain.

About you and your skills

• You have experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer facing environments and want to learn about our products and grow with us.
• You're social, enjoy chatting with people, and are all about delivering an awesome customer experience.
• You're great at admin tasks like payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and ensuring everything remains well-organised and visually appealing in the store.
• Hitting store goals and boosting sales gets you excited.
• You have an RSA certification, or are willing to obtain one if you don't.
