Job summary

Asuria People Services Pty Ltd is seeking a casual/temporary trainer to deliver Employability Skills Training and Career Transition Assistance programs to participants across diverse environments including classroom, workplace, and online. You'll deliver courses in line with contractual requirements, adapt resources for different learners, and provide tailored guidance to maximize employability outcomes.

A Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory; familiarity with learning

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing.
• Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements.
• Ability to establish and create networks across employment service providers.
• High level communication skills, both oral and written.
• Training & assessment or facilitator experience in classroom, workplace and/or online settings.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher or demonstrated relevant experience desired not essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses in line with the requirements of the relevant contractual requirements.
• Deliver training in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and online.
• Provide tailored support and guidance to maximise every learner’s chance to build their employability skills and competencies toward successful completion of the course.
• Participate in and support the development of course materials.
• Deliver structured training sessions that are enjoyable and engaging as per our Learning Management System.
• Adapt the course resources, pace of delivery and style as required to ensure effective delivery
