Job summary

Freedom Fuels is seeking Site Managers to lead the day-to-day operation of our retail sites across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW areas due to growth, and create a place where customers want to stop, refuel and come back again. This is a genuine hands-on leadership role.

You’ll take ownership of your site, your team, the customer experience and its commercial performance — balancing people leadership with the practical realities of running a fast-paced fuel, convenience and food retail

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail, convenience, food or fuel.
• Proven ability to manage people and deliver strong operational and commercial results.
• Hands-on leadership style — you're happy to jump in when your team needs you.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach, motivate and hold people accountable.

Responsibilities

You know how to lead from the front, bring the best out of a team and keep a busy retail operation running smoothly. You’re comfortable making decisions, solving problems and taking ownership of the results.

Freedom Fuels is looking for Site Managersto lead the day-to-day operation of our retail site/s across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW areas due to growth, and create a place where customers want to stop, refuel, recharge and come back again.

This is a genuine hands-on leadership role. You’ll take ownership of your site, your team, the customer experience and its commercial performance — balancing people leadership with the practical realities of running a fast-paced fuel, convenience and food retail operation.

If you're an experienced retail leader who loves developing people, delivering great customer experiences and seeing the results of a well-run operation,

Applicants must have a valid entitlement to work in Australia and be 18 years or older at commencement due to restrictions/requirements relating to the sale of particular products.

This position involves manual handling duties, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg occasionally and 16 kg regularly, in accordance with safe work practices.
