Job summary

Freedom Fuels is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a store team, manage daily operations, and help run a cafe/kitchen. You will ensure stock, cash handling, fuel management, and presentation are top-notch while building a positive team culture.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to stay composed under pressure, and flexible with shifts. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 20 kg, and willing to contribute hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain smooth store operations including stock, cash, fuel, and presentation.
• Lead from the front and uplift the team around you.
• Assist in running a cafe/kitchen that customers enjoy.
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to continuously improve the site.
