Job summary

Freedom Fuels in Queensland is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to lead a frontline team and keep the site humming from Sunday to Thursday, 9am–5pm. You’ll drive great customer service, manage stock, cash, and store presentation, and work with the Site Manager to improve operations.

You’ll lead from the front, build a positive team culture, and help run a café/kitchen that customers love. Flexibility and a hands-on approach, including lifting up to 20 kg, are essential.

This position involves manual handling duties, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg occasionally and 16 kg regularly, in accordance with safe work practices.
