Pearl Energy Mittagong is seeking two experienced Retail & Service Managers to oversee daily operations of our busy petrol station and retail outlets in Mittagong and Clarendon, NSW. A Diploma in Management or Business is preferred or equivalent experience, with strong leadership and customer-service skills.

These are permanent, full-time roles offering an annual salary between $80,000 and $82,000 plus superannuation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store and service station.
• Manage stock levels, inventory controls, and product ordering.
• Prepare and manage store budgets, minimise wastage, and maximise efficiency.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support retail and service staff.
• Plan, implement promotional activities, merchandising displays and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and implement revenue/profitability strategies.
• Foster a positive, professional, customer-focused workplace environment.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-presented and adequately stocked.
• Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety and regulatory requirements.
