KOOKAÏ on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to step into a management pathway. This full-time role (38 hours per week) offers leadership responsibilities, coaching opportunities, and a route into management.

Join our Broadbeach store to help maintain high standards, support a motivated team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving KPI’s and store operations. Training and progression are key priorities.
