KOOKAÏ in Melbourne is seeking a confident Senior Sales & Stock Assistant to join our store, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service while keeping stock processes smooth.

This full-time role (38 hours/week) offers a clear path to leadership, involvement in stock tasks, and development through tailored training. You will support daily store operations, drive sales, and oversee stock deliveries, replenishment and cycle counts.

In this position, you will support daily store operations, assist in driving sales, and step into a leadership role when required. You will also oversee key stock tasks including unpacking weekly deliveries, replenishment, cycle counts, stock transfers, and maintaining organised and efficient stock areas.
