Job summary

KOOKAÏ on the Gold Coast is seeking a Stock Coordinator who thrives on organisation and product flow. You’ll support customer service through efficient stock handling, unpack weekly deliveries, conduct cycle counts and ensure accurate stock replenishment both in-store and offsite.

You will work closely with the Retail Operations Coordinator to uphold RFID-driven stock accuracy, and you’ll help educate the team on in-store stock processes while benefiting from quarterly vouchers and opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in stock operations and back-of-house processes.
• Ability to manage weekly deliveries and stock cycles.
• Knowledge of RFID-based stock accuracy is a plus.

Description

We are looking for someone who loves product and thrives off organisation. In this role, you will support exceptional customer service through efficient stock management and take pride in maintaining a well-run back-of-house environment.

You will play a key role in managing our weekly stock deliveries, ensuring all product is unpacked, processed and organised efficiently. You will also be responsible for the coordination of all excess product, both in-store and offsite and will work closely with our Retail Operations Coordinator to uphold stock accuracy using our RFID technology.
