Job summary

Trident Services Australia is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a major retail security contract in Adelaide. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a security supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of crowd management, emergency response and South Australian security legislation.
• Current South Australian Security Licence (Security Officer & Crowd Control).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Open Australian Driver Licence and unrestricted working rights.
• Confidence using technology and incident management systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating daily security operations
• Managing rosters, payroll and team performance
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training
• Ensuring compliance with site procedures, WHS and emergency protocols
• Building strong relationships with centre management and key stakeholders
• Overseeing incident reporting, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
