Qualifications

• Valid Security Licence is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Retail security experience 3-5 years.
• Security supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience considered highly desirable.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Security Officers on a busy retail site.
• Oversee site-based control room and CCTV system.
• Manage client relationships on site and report to regional manager.
• Assess and mitigate on-site risks; respond to alarms.
• Coordinate with security staff and maintain SOPs.
• Promote workplace health and safety and report incidents.
