adidas Sydney Brand Centre is seeking a passionate Stockroom Specialist to join our premium adidas Retail experience. The role is store-based, requiring 38 hours weekly across weekdays and weekends to support operations, inventory, and stock-to-floor service.

You will help maintain stock integrity, assist management, and uphold our brand standards while delivering a premium consumer experience.

We are seeking a passionateAdvanced Retail Professional(STOCK-ROOM SPECIALIST) to join our Sydney Brand Centre.

Our Sydney Brand Centre showcases an elevated store concept and is the pinnacle of the adidas Retail experiences for adidas consumers as it relates premium level sales & customer service, people, training & product knowledge, operations, visual merchandising & activation.

PLEASE NOTE this is a store-based role and requires availability to work 38 hours over selected weekdays and weekend days

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium consumer experience
• Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom model.
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Brand Flagship Store.
• Demonstrates accountability for store performance by maximising the allocation of resources and executes processes to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Supports and coordinates the receiving and stock prep process for deliveries, collaborating with the back-of-house team to maximise resources appropriately for efficient receipt of products.
• Sustains integrity of inventory within the store by implementing correct stock accuracy procedures as well as undertaking weekly inventory cycle counts.
• Transfers stock accurately and efficiently to other stores according to requirements communicated by District Manager and Retail Merchandise team.
• Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

• Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
