Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, or trade preferred.
• Strong work ethic with customer focus.
• Ability to hit and exceed targets.
• Interest in tools and power tools; training provided.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone.
• Share product advice and promotions.
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally.
• Maintain neat shelves and displays.
• Roster one weekend day per week (11-day roster).
