Totally Workwear Braybrook is seeking a customer-focused retail team member to join our Braybrook store in VIC. You will work alongside the Store Manager across all store operations, delivering exceptional service to trade and business customers and helping grow the Braybrook business.

This casual position includes weekend work and offers a clear pathway into future leadership opportunities. Training and product knowledge will be provided as you learn the workwear and safety industry.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to handle a busy environment.
• Weekend availability is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and grow into leadership roles.
• Retail experience is appreciated but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.

About the Role

This is far more than a standard retail position.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll be involved in all aspects of running a successful store while helping to create an outstanding experience for both retail and business customers.

You'll learn the workwear, safety and uniform industry from the ground up and play an important role in the growth of our Braybrook business.

What You'll Be Doing
