Job summary

AIRR, in partnership with Elders, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Ararat for a permanent full-time role. You will use product knowledge and frontline service to help local agricultural clients grow their businesses in rural communities.

You will support stock handling, process sales, and prepare quotes while building lasting client relationships. A valid driver’s license is required; forklift licence is preferred. This is an on-site, community-focused opportunity.

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Retail Sales Representative, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. Having a deep passion for the rural lifestyle, you will come equipped with an understanding of the products and services needed to support and build local agricultural businesses of all sizes as well as the communities around them.
