Job summary

Elders is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for our Emerald team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support the branch's retail team, manage stock receiving and dispatch, and apply your product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service to farmers and customers in the region.

You will build strong client relationships, source new opportunities, and contribute to meeting KPIs while growing your career within Elders' extensive national network.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
• Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
• Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
• Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our Emerald team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch's retail team. You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career.
