Sleepy’s is seeking a passionate sales professional in Sydney to join our growing sleep solutions team. You will engage customers, drive sales, and build lasting relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

In this hands-on role you’ll work across sales, stock, and administration with a 7-day roster. A strong track record in consultative retail sales and a willingness to learn will help you thrive in our energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in consultative sales, retail or related industries.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
• Familiarity with KPIs in sales and store performance.

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and working withinthe sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep!

Your key responsibilities

Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets

Building rapport and effective relationships with customers

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

General admin, stock and operational duties

Available to work a rotationalroster - with full 7 day availability

Skills and Experience

A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales- retail and other industries are welcome!

A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales

A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers
