ResMed in Campbelltown, NSW, is seeking a Sales Assistant / Sleep Coach to translate retail experience into a healthcare-focused career. You will be the face of the clinic, delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding customers on sleep health solutions.

This full-time role (38 hours) offers comprehensive training, a supportive team, and pathways within a global leader in sleep and respiratory health.

As a Sleep Coach, you'll be the face of Resmed in our Campbelltown clinic. You'll create outstanding customer experiences while supporting people on their sleep health journey and contributing to the success of a purpose-driven healthcare business.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes the time to understand individual needs, and is motivated by achieving great outcomes for both customers and the business. You'll be part of a supportive team where customer care, professionalism, and results go hand in hand.

The Role at a Glance

• Full-time position (38 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday with two Saturday shifts per month

About the Role

Many of our customers come to us for help with sleep-related challenges for the first time. Your ability to listen, build trust, educate, and guide them towards the right solution will be central to your success.

You'll combine strong customer service skills with a commercial mindset, helping customers find products and services that improve their sleep while contributing to clinic performance and growth.

You Will

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and over the phone
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored solutions
• Support customers throughout their therapy journey through education and ongoing coaching
• Build strong relationships that encourage long‑term therapy success
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine customer engagement
• Fit customers with masks and equipment following training
• Process sales transactions, payments, and administrative tasks accurately
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
• Assist with stock management and inventory control
• Manage and maintain trial equipment used by customers
• Complete product training and stay up to date on Resmed's products and services
• Contribute to a positive team culture and the continued success of the clinic
  

About You
