Job summary

Sleepy's Canberra is seeking experienced and highly professional Sales Consultants to join our store on a casual basis. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work across sales, networking, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver Sleep solutions and exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes achievement of KPIs, a hands-on approach to selling, and the ability to work a rotating roster with full 7-day availability.

Qualifications

• Record of success in consultative sales - retail and other industries are welcome
• Sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales
• Genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and a great experience for our customers

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and working withinthe sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep!

Your key responsibilities

• Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets

• General admin, stock and operational duties
• Available to work a rotationalroster - with full 7 day availability
