Job summary

Brand Collective is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant for our Bowral store. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, help customers select products and provide styling tips, while keeping the store clean and inviting.

You’ll work with a team to achieve sales goals and maintain great visual merchandising. Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion, have prior retail experience in a collaborative environment, and can adapt to flexible shift patterns, including peak trade periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role in a team environment.
• Able to commit to a shift pattern and some flexibility for peak trade periods.
• You can adapt your selling style to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Part-Time Retail Assistant at our Black Pepper Bowral, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist with stock management, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit, work collaboratively with your team, and bring a positive, can‑do attitude to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, values great service, and is looking for flexible, rewarding work in a friendly retail setting.
