Black Pepper Dubbo, part of Brand Collective, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our team. You’ll help customers find outfits, offer styling advice, and keep the store looking inviting while supporting day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates enjoy fashion, are friendly, and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible shifts, great discounts, and a supportive team await the right person in Dubbo.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role.

From helping customers find the perfect outfit and offering genuine styling advice, to keeping the store looking its best and supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll be part of a team that loves fashion and loves helping people.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, connecting with customers and working as part of a supportive retail team, while looking for flexible and rewarding part-time work in Dubbo.
