Job summary

Pillow Talk in Grafton is seeking a Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly team. You will be customer-centric, adaptable and passionate about delivering an outstanding in-store experience at our new Grafton store.

Weekday and weekend availability is required, with a rewarding hourly rate and opportunities to grow within our Australian-owned brand. Enjoy staff discounts and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric retail environment with proven customer service exposure.
• Assist with stock receival and allocation to refill floor or storeroom.
• Develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrate consultative selling to find the right products for customers.
• Multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in a customer-centric retail environment with proven exposure to customer service
• Ability to assist with stock receival, ensuring products are unpacked in a timely manner and allocated appropriately to either refill the floor or restock the storeroom
• Shows commitment to every customer and makes a conscious effort to improve their in-store experience
• Highly personable and confident individual who has an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
• Consultative selling experience with proven ability to find the right products for our customers
• Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities
• Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
• Great listening and problem-solving skills
