Job summary

Pillow Talk is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Belrose store. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and manage operations. You will coach team members to deliver personalised customer experiences and uphold our brand standards.

The role offers a Sunday to Thursday roster with a competitive base salary of $68,500 AUD plus super, plus generous incentives and a supportive, growth-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, customer-centric supervisory/Assistant Store Manager role.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to support the Store Manager in the store's running and leading teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Fashion or trend-oriented with strengths in visual display and stock optimisation.
• Operational agility with inventory management capability.
• Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creating, collaborating, and implementing ideas to improve store trade.
• Strong delegation skills with the ability to drive team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to drive operational and sales performance at Belrose.
• Partner with the Store Manager to implement action plans that leverage the store’s potential.
• Review store and team performance regularly to maximise revenue and engagement.
• Represent Pillow Talk brand and create personalised experiences for customers and staff.

You’ll coach your team in the art of communicating our brand story, evoking in-store passion and brand loyalty with team members and customers alike, and empower your team by demonstrating how their efforts align with the business strategy.
