Job summary

Petstock in Sydney is seeking team members who are passionate about pets and delivering standout customer service. You will educate customers on pet care, complete sales, and keep the store inviting and well presented.

The role supports personal growth through leadership development programs, family and pet benefits, and access to wellbeing services. Weekend availability and a readiness to contribute to a safety-focused team are expected.

Qualifications

• Passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team.
• Physically fit to lift products up to 20kgs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while replenishing stock
• Demonstrate initiative by keeping knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services
• Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work
