Job summary

Petstock is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our store in Sydney. You will deliver exceptional service, educate customers on pet care, and process sales while helping maintain an inviting store appearance. The role supports sales goals and requires a friendly, proactive attitude.

You will engage with customers, lift products up to 20kg, and work weekends/public holidays as needed, contributing to a positive team environment and strong safety culture at Petstock.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Educate customers on pet care and product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and meet store sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on pet care, products and services.

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
