Job summary

Petstock is seeking a devoted team member to deliver exceptional customer service and pet care guidance in a busy retail setting. You will help customers choose the right products, process transactions, and keep shelves stocked with fresh merchandise.

You will be part of a friendly team that values community, animal welfare, and a positive store atmosphere. Weekend work and public holidays may be required, with opportunities to develop in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
• Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets.
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach store sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure new stock is displayed and replenished.
• Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services.
• Contribute to a fun, supportive in-store culture with the team.
• Foster a strong safety mindset and culture within the team.
