Job summary

Petstock Group in Australia is seeking a friendly retail team member to deliver outstanding customer service, help customers find the best products for their pets, and share practical pet care knowledge to enrich everyday life.

You will work in a busy store, contribute to a welcoming team culture, maintain eye-catching displays, and help drive sales while upholding safety and store standards. Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and the team.
• Physically fit, able to lift products up to 20kg.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions.
• Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets.
• Complete sales transactions and help reach store sales goals.
• Maintain high store presentation and promptly display/replenish stock.

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
