Job summary

Koch & Co is seeking an experienced Retail/Store Assistant for our Cash and Carry Super Store in the Auburn/Silverwater area, Sydney. The role focuses on delivering friendly, premium customer service and efficient store operations in a busy environment.

You will handle POS tasks, assist customers, and participate in stock receiving, dispatch, picking or packing while contributing to a strong team culture. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in using POS systems.
• A passion for retail.
• Understand what premium customer service means.
• A strong "team" culture.
• Be confident to engage with customers.
• Receiving - Dispatch - Picking or packing.
• Must be able to work 2 to 3 Saturdays a month.

The successful applicant must like dealing with and helping customers.

The successful applicant should have:

Ability to move stock as required, (not very heavy)

Experience in using POS systems

A passion for retail

Understand what premium customer service means

A strong \"team\" culture

Be confident to engage with customers

Receiving -Dispatch -Picking or packing

Must be able to work 2 to 3 Saturday a month
